"He's exact words we are not in the business of replacing roofs and I only write the policy I don't handle claims. It's against state farm policy to send a second adjuster out . I found that not to be true after talking to several state farm agents . He is not an honest agent and will not help you when it comes to handling claims. I found him to be very dishonest several times. His staff are all friendly but I was told when I got a quote for my rentals that everything they write is replacement cost and they don't even write an ACV policy. That sounded great but was another big fat lie. My best advice is to find another agent that is honest and isn't just there to write a policy."
